Student Account Access and Printing Outage - July 29, 2016 18:00-22:30 PT

This outage is limited to UBC Okanagan eDirectory student accounts that use a UBC student ID number as the username. All other accounts are unaffected. Reset Your Own CWL Password Coming July 27th

[Resolved] Service Disruption - CBM Admin and Credit Card Service

The UBC ePayment and Credit Card applications are down.  Currently, no ePayment transactions (including enrolment, registration, etc.) are going through as of approximately 09:27 am. What username and password should I use to login?

To login to the IT Helpdesk system, use your UBC Okanagan Novell credentials (sometimes referred to as your "NDS" username and password).

This is the username and password you use to login to any of the Windows computers on campus. For Apple users, this is the password you use to access the files on the campus file server.

If you encounter difficulties logging in, please call the IT Helpdesk at 250.807.9000 (toll-free 855.807.9001).
